H. M. Caldwell Co. initially published the volume in 1905. It is a reprint.
Caldwell continued to issued copies until 1913.

Two formats.

Cloth. Gilt top. 12 mo

Small quarto. Comes in an ooze pouch.

H. M. Caldwell Co. sold a four book set in a cedar cigar box beginning in 1905.
The books were all in ooze calf with cushion covers.
