Series Notes:
1. Volumes #1-50 were published in 1896.
2. In 1897 numerous books were deleted and a number were added. Books #51-67 were added. The following numbers were also included in the series: 1,8,10,13,15,16,22-24,27,28,30-32,36-39,42,43,46-50.
3. Thus in 1897 there were 45 volumes in this series.
4. Beginning in 1898 the Half Calf booklist changed. The list was different in 1899 as well as 1900. The Holiday edition was not published in 1898, 1899 or 1900.
