In 1904 Books # 5, 8 and 16 were deleted. They were replaced by books #5a, 8a, 16a. In 1906 Books #13, 14, 17 and 18 were deleted.
#13b, 14b, 17b, and 18B were added to the list.
In 1914 #12, 13, 21, 22, 31 35, 39, and 40 were deleted. There were no additions.

The left half of the cover has a floral design within which is the title. The right half of the cover has various illustrated flowers. 6.75” x 4.5"

Format 2: 1904-1905
The left half of the cover has a floral design within which is the title. The left cover floral pattern differs from the Format 1 pattern. The right half of the cover has various illustrated flowers. 6.75” x 4.5"

Format 3: 1904-1905
Full leather. Plush finish. Boxed 6.75” x 5.5” (Not seen-the picture below is from the Caldwell catalogue)

Format 4 1905-1909
Cloth. Left half of the cover has a gilt box within which is the title in gilt. Various floral patterns or illustrated scenes on the right half of the cover. 6.75” x 4.5"

Format 5 1910
Cloth. The left half of the cover is the same as Format 4. The right half has various scenes in colored inks within a rectangular box. 6.75” x 4.5"

Format 6 1911-1914
Cloth. The left half of the cover is the same as format 4/5. The right half of the cover has an illustration or a flowers within vertical panels. 6.75” x 5.5”
